Lobo de Rizzo counsels CI&T on the acquisition of Dextra Technology
Lobo de Rizzo Advogados has advised CI&T on the acquisition of 100% of Dextra Tecnologia S.A. and CINQ Technologies Ltda.
Lobo de Rizzo Advogados advised CI&T, a digital transformation company, on the acquisition of Dextra.
The acquisition is part of the expansion plan of opportunities outside Brazil and of the expansion of CI&T’s digital offerings.
