Lobo de Rizzo, Demarest advise on CRI deal

Lobo de Rizzo Advogados advised Banco Santander (Brasil), Banco Bradesco BBI, Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira and Banco Safra, acting as coordinators, in a public offering of the 597th issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) by Opea Securitizadora, carried out under the automatic registration procedure.

The offering, structured in two series, is backed by real estate credits arising from the 7th issuance of simple, non-convertible unsecured debentures issued by Cury Construtora e Incorporadora. The transaction totals BRL400 million.

The Lobo de Rizzo team advising the coordinators was led by partners Gustavo Cunha and Beatriz Rocha, together with associates Isabella Dorigheto Miranda, Lucas Rodrigues Ponciano and Luisa Beatriz da Silva.

Demarest Advogados represented Cury Construtora e Incorporadora, with the team formed by partner Thiago Giantomassi and associate Lucas Schiavon.
