Lobo de Rizzo has a new partner in Labor Law
Arrival of Maurício Reis represents the expansion of services offered in the area
Lobo de Rizzo announces the arrival of Maurício Reis (pictured) to the partnership, who will integrate the Labor area. As a result, the firm now has 34 partners.
Maurício will lead the Labor area together with partner Fabio Medeiros and will act in complex collective bargaining negotiations involving executives, labor unions and the Labor Prosecutor’s Office, as well as in labor contracts, executive compensation, expatriates, stock options, due diligence and supplementary pension plans.
Maurício Reis is a graduate from the University of São Paulo (USP), has a post-graduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, and has taken an LLM in Corporate Law from Insper.
