Lollato Lopes Rangel Ribeiro announces new partner
Lollato Lopes Rangel Ribeiro Advogados has announced a new partner based in São Paulo: Guilherme França (pictured), whose practice focuses on debt restructuring and operations involving stressed assets and corporate litigation.
With more than 12 years’ experience in the area, Guilherme holds an LL.M. from Fordham University School of Law in New York, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Recovery and Bankruptcy from Escola Paulista de Direito (FADISP), and in Civil Procedural Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-SP), and a bachelor’s degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
The firm, which also has offices in Curitiba and Florianópolis, now has a total of five partners.
