Lollato Lopes represents JEC in the judicial restructuring plan
The law firm Lollato, Lopes, Rangel e Ribeiro Advogados, represented Joinville Esporte Clube (JEC), which had its request for judicial reorganization granted by the Court of Justice of Santa Catarina (TJ-SC). The debt is R$ 40 million.
From the approval date, June 9, 2022, the club must present its recovery plan within 60 days to more than 300 creditors.
Partners Felipe Lollato (pictured left) and Francisco Rangel Effting (pictured right), from Lollato, Lopes, Rangel e Ribeiro Advogados, represent JEC. The trustee for the case is Brizola e Japur Administração Judicial S/C.
