Lovill promotes two new partners
Panamanian law firm Lovill has announced the promotion of Alejandro Fung (pictured left) and Jeannette Bravo (pictured right), former senior associates, as new partners of the firm.
Jeannette has extensive experience representing and advising multinational companies with a regional presence in labour, immigration, administrative, public and corporate law, as well as industrial property and public procurement. She holds a degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (USMA), a Master’s Degree in International Relations: Economics, Law and Politics from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), a Magister Cum Laude in Procedural Law from USMA, a specialization in Labour Law from Universidad Latina de Panamá and a Master’s Degree in Labour Law from USMA. She previously worked at Fabrega Molino & Mulino.
Alejandro has provided legal advice to international and local companies, family offices and private clients on corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, tax and private wealth matters for over a decade. He obtained his LL.B. in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Latina de Panamá, as well as an LL.M. from the University of Edinburgh. Prior to joining the firm, he also worked as an associate at Anzola Robles & Associates, and De Castro & Robles.
