LTSA opens new Law practice and reinforces team

LTSA Advogados opened Tax department and reinforced team with two new lawyers

LTSA Advogados announced the beginning of the activities of the Tax Department, which will be headed by partner Allan George de Abreu Fallet (pictured), who has more than 15 years of experience and had his professional background molded during many years in the most respected and traditional Tax Law firms in Brazil.

A Master in Tax Law from PUC/SP, Allan is also a Judge of the Tax Court of the State of São Paulo (TIT), a Member of the Municipal Tax Council of the City of São Paulo (CMT), a Professor of Tax Law in the post-graduation program of PUC/SP, and a Member of the Special Committee on Tax Law of the Brazilian Bar Association of São Paulo, the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law, the Brazilian Association of Financial Law, and the International Fiscal Association.

The team was also reinforced with the arrival of Enzo Romero Rodrigues, lawyer with more than 7 years of experience in tax, customs, and corporate litigation, and Rosane Senna Paz Moure, lawyer with more than 7 years of experience in litigation and tax consulting, working especially in the technology sector.
