Luzone Legal expands international operations
Luzone Legal has expanded its international presence and now has two new offices abroad, in Bolivia and Nigeria. This expansion is in line with the firm’s strategy of providing services in locations where its international clients do business. From now on, the firm is present in six countries: Brazil, Portugal, Romania, India, Bolivia, and Nigeria.
In Bolivia, Luzone has lawyers Miguel Mardonez (pictured left) and Scarlet Menacho Eyzaguirre (pictured centre) practicing in Santa Cruz de La Sierra.
Miguel has served as president of the board of directors of the Bolivian Franchise Chamber and director of the Bolivian Stock Exchange.
Scarlet is a professor at the Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno and has extensive experience in business.
In Nigeria, attorney Olayinka Alao (pictured right) works for Luzone in Lagos. A specialist in energy and natural resources, Olayinka is an expert in transnational operations. He has advised several companies on share capital issuance, privatization exercise, consolidation, and loan restructuring to finance downstream assets, among others.
