L&W counsels MidOcean Energy on acquisition in Peru LNG
Latham & Watkins has counselled MidOcean Energy on the completion of its previously announced agreement to acquire SK earthon’s 20% interest in Peru LNG, owner and operator of the only LNG export facility in South America.
MidOcean Energy is an LNG company formed and managed by EIG, a leading institutional investor in the global energy and infrastructure sectors.
L&W’s team was led by partners Charlie Carpenter (pictured left) and Justin T.
