L&W represents Linzor Capital Partners in acquisition of Wi-Net Telecom
Latham & Watkins has represented Linzor Capital Partners, a regional private equity firm with investments throughout Latin America, in the acquisition of Wi-Net Telecom.
Wi-Net Telecom, which operates under the ‘WIN’ brand, is a leading fibre-to-the-home telecommunications provider in Peru, directly serving 527,000 customers through a proprietary FTTH fibre network covering approximately 3 million homes.
L&W’s team consisted of New York partner Tony Del Pino (pictured left) and Washington, D.C. partner Carlos Ardila (pictured right), with associates Francisco Lanusse, Jesús Alcocer, and Jaime Salinas. Also advising on derivatives matters was New York partner Yvette Valdez, with associate Naffie Lamin.
