Miranda & Amado has advised Banco Internacional del Perú – Interbank on an issue of negotiable certificates of deposit by Financiera Oh! for 80m soles
Miranda & Amado has represented Banco Internacional del Perú – Interbank, as arranger of the Third Issue of the Fourth Programme for the Issue of Negotiable Certificates of Deposit of Financiera Oh! S.A. – Series A, for an amount of 80 million soles.
Financiera Oh! is a company of the Intercorp group, whose main product is “Tarjeta Oh!”, an international credit card backed by Visa and MasterCard, which has more than 800,000 users. The company also offers effective and secure credit to its clients.
