M&A represents Interbank in securities issuance in the stock market

Miranda & Amado has advised Banco Internacional del Perú on the registration with the SMV of an issue under the FT Capital programme

 Peruvian law firm Miranda & Amado has represented Banco Internacional del Perú- Interbank, as arranger, in the registration in the Superintendency of the Stock Market ( Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores- SMV) of the first issuance under the first programme of FT Capital’s commercial paper.

This transaction was closed on 3 December, for an aggregate amount of $10 million US dollars.
