Peruvian law firm Miranda & Amado has represented Los Portales in the structuring of the Series A bonds issued under its First Issuance of Corporate Social Bonds for an amount of $65,705 million soles.
The placement of the bonds was carried out through a private offering aimed exclusively at institutional investors.
