MACF acts in $215m loan to Grupo Industrial Saltillo
Mijares Angoitia Cortés y Fuentes has acted as advisor to Banco Nacional de México, as lender and administrative agent, in the granting of a syndicated loan to Grupo Industrial Saltillo for up to US $215 million.
This transaction closed on 10 May. The proceeds of the facility were used to refinance in full the outstanding amount of certain existing debt and general corporate purposes. Other lenders include Banco Santander Mexico, BBVA Mexico, BanCoppel, Bank of China, Banco Monex and Comerica Bank.
