MACF assists Eólica Coromuel in purchase and sale of CEL

Mijares Angoitia Cortés y Fuentes has assisted Eólica Coromuel in the drafting of a Purchase and Sale Agreement for 210,000 Clean Energy Certificates (CEL, for its acronym in Spanish) to be entered into between Eólica Coromuel, as seller, and STX Commodities, as buyer.

The transaction was closed on 22 December 2023, for a value of USD $787,500.

These certificates represent electricity generated by a wind farm owned by Eurus Energy America located in Baja California Sur, Mexico.
