MACF assists in issuance of Santander Mexico Notes
Mijares Angoitia Cortés y Fuentes has assisted Santander US Capital Markets, BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. and HSBC Securities (USA), as initial purchasers, in connection with the issuance of New York law notes of Banco Santander Mexico.
The issuance was made through a private offering pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, in the amount of U.S.$700,000,000,000, at a fixed annual interest rate of 5.621% payable in 2029.
Other participating firms were Milbank Tweed Hadley & Mccloy, White & Case Mexico, and Davis Polk & Wardwell.
