MACF counsels ECA Liquefaction on $100m credit facility

Mijares Angoitia Cortés y Fuentes has counselled ECA Liquefaction, as borrower, in the negotiation and execution of an amendment agreement to an existing credit agreement for up to USD $100 million granted by Scotiabank Inverlat, as lender.

This transaction, signed on 5 August and closed on 12 August, included the issuance of several promissory notes and the amendment of the existing pledge agreement.
