MACF in Auneti’s revolving program
Mijares Angoitia Cortés y Fuentes has advised Empresas ICA, Autopista Necaxa Tihuatlán (Auneti) and Casa de Bolsa BBVA México (BBVA) in the establishment of a revolving program for asset backed securities (certificados bursátiles fiduciarios) for an amount of up to MXN$14,000 million, as well as in the first public offering under such programme for an amount of up to $13,000 million.
This transaction took place on 10 December.
Auneti is the holder of a concession title granted by, and is party to a Long-Term Service Provision Contract with, the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport (SICT) for a highway connecting the states of Puebla and Veracruz on Mexico’s east coast.
