MACF represents SoftBank in $250m investment
Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes has advised SoftBank Latin America Fund on its 250 million Fintech investment
Mexican law firm Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes has represented SoftBank Latin America Fund in its $250 million USD dollars investment in partnership with Viking Global Investors LP, in the digital commerce and payments platform, Clip.
This transaction is the largest ever for a fintech in Mexico, making Clip a one-of-a-kind company with a valuation of approximately $2 billion USD dollars.
