Machado Meyer have acted as deal counsel on structuring of an offer of certificates of real estate receivables (CRIs) by True Securitizadora, in the total amount of BRL 40 million to finance the development of a commercial and residential real estate development owned by Varanda Cidade Jardim Incorporação SPE.
Machado Meyer Advogados assisted Munir Abbud Empreendimentos Imobiliários and its subsidiary Varanda Cidade Jardim Incorporação SPE, Banco ABC Brasil, as lead arranger, and True Securitizadora, as issuer.
The partner Raphael Oliveira Zono led the work at Machado Meyer, along with lawyers Ana Carolina Carpegiani Peyres Neves, Vitor Pisarro Bradley de Araujo, William Half Rizzi Cavalcante Sa.
