Machado Meyer act in the acquisition of SPO by Phosphea
Machado Meyer represented SPO Indústria e Comércio wich has 100% of quotas acquired by Phosphea Brasil Comércio de Fosfatos (a company of the french group Roullier).
The acquisition of SPO by the Roullier Group expands its operations in the animal nutrition market and in the processing of salt and its derivatives.
Transaction was submitted to CADE. The value was not disclosed.
