Machado Meyer advised Jovi Mobile(from Vivo Mobile) on the corporate and tax aspects of its operations throughout Brazil.
The legal advice involved the corporate structuring of the companies belonging to Jovi Mobile’s economic group, including the opening of branches in all regions of Brazil, as well as the assessment of tax aspects related to Jovi Mobile’s operations, ensuring tax efficiency and compliance with the complex Brazilian tax framework.
