Machado Meyer acts in a JV between Aperam and FERBAS

Machado Meyer Advogados acted as legal counsel for Aperam Inox América do Sul e Cia de Ferro Ligas da Bahia – FERBASA providing assistance on the submission of the transaction to Cade, on the incorporation of a joint venture, in the form of a limited liability company, for the cultivation of eucalyptus on certain rural properties located in Minas Gerais, with the possibility of acquiring other rural properties in the future.
