Machado Meyer Advogados acted as advisor to the company and lead bank, as business consultant on the 4th issue of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, in a single series, with collateral, with additional corporate guarantee, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, by PBG SA, in the total amount of R$ 300,000,000.00.

Portobello Shop S.A. provided a Corporate Guarantee in the issue.
