Machado Meyer acts in the structuring and IPO of Unidas’s FIDC

Machado Meyer act in structuring and initial public offering, pursuant to CVM Instruction 400, in a single, indivisible lot, of junior subordinated class shares from the 1st issue of the Financiamiento de Vehículos Receivables I Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios (FIDC).
The FIDC was structured by Companhia de Locação das Américas (Unidas). The FIDC is managed by BTG Pactual Asset Management DTVM, with the fiduciary management of BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros DTVM and Unidas as grantor.

Acting as deal counsel to Banco BTG Pactual and Companhia de Locação das Américas in the preparation of the offering and FIDC documents, such as the bylaws, the underwriting agreement, the collection contract, as well as all other ancillary documents necessary for the offering.

The transaction value was BRL 60 million.
