Machado Meyer advise Neoenergia on the acquisition of ECIII
Machado Meyer advised Neoenergia Renováveis on the acquisition of a 37.5% stake in Energética Corumbá III (ECIII), previously held by CELGPAR, through a public auction held at B3 on October 3, 2025. ECIII owns 40% of the Corumbá III Consortium, operator of the 96.5 MW Corumbá Hydroelectric Plant in Goiás. Upon closing, Neoenergia will hold 62.5% of ECIII and 85% of the consortium.
The transaction is valued at BRL 91.84 million and remains subject to customary conditions precedent.
