Machado Meyer acted as legal advisor to Invest Tech Participações e Investimentos S.A., drafting all necessary documents

Machado Meyer advised Invest Tech Participações e Investimentos S.A. in a primary public offering according to the CVM Instruction 400, with restricted efforts of sale abroad.

Invest Tech is an investment fund manager that invests assets in technology companies, involving specific regulatory aspects.

The coordinators of the offering were Citigroup Global Markets Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Titulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A.

The Machado Meyer team was led by partner Eliana Chimenti (pictured) and also included attorneys Rafael Erlinger De Oliveira and Renata Augusto Passos.

Simpson Thacher & Barlett LLP and Lefosse Advogados represented the coordinators.
