Machado Meyer advised the 1st issue of promissory notes, in a single series, in the total amount of R$ 161,050,000.00 from Omega Desenvolvimento S.A., guaranteed by Omega Energia S.A.

The promissory notes were the object of an offer for public distribution with restricted placement efforts, aimed at professional investors.

Machado Meyer Advogados advised Omega Desenvolvimento S.A., Omega Energia S.A., Banco Itaú BBA S.A. and had the partner Raphael Oliveira Zono (pictured) and lawyers William Half Rizzi Cavalcante As, Andre Moretti de Gois.
