Machado Meyer Advogados act on notification to Cade regarding the acquisition of additional shares representing 50% of the capital stock of Transmissora Sertaneja de Eletricidade, currently held by CYMI Construções e Participações, by Brasil Energia Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia.
