Machado Meyer advised WMS on the sale of Maxxi Viamão to SDB

Machado Meyer advised the sale by WMS Supermercados do Brasil, subsidiary of Atacadão (Carrefour Brasil), of assets that compose the commercial points related to the store Maxxi Viamão, located in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, to SDB Comércio de Alimentos (Fort Atacadista), according to the terms of the Asset Purchase and Sale Agreement and Other Covenants (Contrato de Compra e Venda de Ativos e Outras Avenças) entered into by and between WMS, on one side, as seller, and Fort Atacadista, on the other side, as purchaser, subject to the fulfillment (or waiver) of certain conditions precedent.
