Machado Meyer advises America Net on the first issue of debentures amounting to R$250m

Machado Meyer advised America Net S.A., preparing, reviewing and negotiating the offering documents, as well as advising the Company in obtaining the necessary authorization from the Ministry of Communications

Machado Meyer advised America Net in the first issuance of secured non-convertible notes (debentures), in the amount of R$ 250 million.

The notes were publicly distributed in the Brazilian market under an exempt (non-registered) offering exclusively to professional investors.

The transaction was one of the first incentivated notes (debentures) issued under the new regulations recently issued by the Ministry of Communications and plays a key role in the development and expansion of the telecommunications market in Brazil, given the ever-increasing demand for telecommunications infrastructure and high-speed internet.
