Machado Meyer advises BTG Pactual on the acquisition of a stake in Perfin

Machado Meyer Advogados advised BTG Pactual Gestora de Recursos Ltda. in the acquisition of a 35% stake in Perfin Administração de Recursos Ltda.

Machado Meyer advised BTG Pactual on the acquisition of a 35%x minority stake in asset manager Perfin.

The deal is strategic for BTG, as it will allow it to expand its offer of structured finance products, especially assets linked to infrastructure.
