Machado Meyer advises Concrebase on the debentures issue

Machado Meyer advised Concrebase Serviços de Concretagem and Itaú BBA on the public offering of 65,000 securitized debentures issued by Vert Companhia Securitizadora, totaling BRL 65 million, in a single tranche.

The debentures were backed by commercial notes issued by Concrebase, with proceeds aimed at strengthening its cash position.

The team involved is partner Rafael Erlinger (pictured) and associates Felipe Figuerola Tenerelli and Renata Augusto Passos.
