Machado Meyer advises coordinator on BRK debenture issue

Machado Meyer Advogados advised Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A., as lead coordinator, on the issuance of debentures of BRK Ambiental – Sumaré S.A

Machado Meyer Advogados advised Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. as lead coordinator on the 5th issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, in a single series, of unsecured species, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, by BRK Ambiental – Sumaré S.A, in the total amount of R$ 201 million.

The issue was guaranteed by a corporate guarantee from BRK Ambiental Participações S.A.
