Machado Meyer Advogados advised the 2nd issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, unsecured, with additional fiduciary guarantee, to be converted into kind with collateral, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, according to CVM 476, of Energética São Patrício, in the total amount of R$ 215 million.
