Machado Meyer advises 17th issue of debentures of Gafisa S.A

Machado Meyer Advogados advised Gafisa S.A. on the 17th issue of debentures, convertible into shares, unsecured, in two series, for public distribution, with restricted efforts.

The amount of the operation was R$ 250 million. Gafisa S.A. will use the funds to acquire the shares of Costa do Peró Participações Ltda. and CG 3500 Participações Ltda.

Machado Meyer Advogados advised Gafisa S.A.; Planner Trustee Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda. and was headed by partners Bruno Janikian Racy (pictured left) and Eduardo Castro (pictured right). The lawyers Luis Filipe Gentil Pedro, Aline Antonio, Carolina Maronez Barreto were also involved.
