Machado Meyer advises Girando on commercial notes issuance

Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel in the issuance of 100,000 commercial notes, in a single series, for private placement by Girando Comércio de Peças, totaling USD 19.08 million.

The proceeds will be used to finance the ordinary course of business of the company.
