Machado Meyer advised International Finance Corporation (IFC) in connection with a loan of up to US$150,000,000.00 to Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. to continue support for the Borrower’s lending to climate smarter sub-projects with a focus on renewable energy, providing financing for solar panel sub-loans to small and medium-sized businesses and individuals.

Machado Meyer advised the International Finance Corporation – IFC and had the leadership of partner Jose Prado (pictured) and participation of lawyers Carolina Goncalves Dos Santos, Roberto Kerr Cavalcante Bonometti.
