Machado Meyer advises on issuance of TME

Machado Meyer Advogados acted as legal counsel of Transmissora Matogrossense de Energia and Banco Santander (Brasil) in the 1st Issue of Non-convertible debentures, in a single series, of the non-secured type, for public distribution with restricted effects, of Transmissora Matogrossense de Energia.
The value of the issue was R$ 240 million.

Machado Meyer had the partner Gustavo Secaf Rebello (pictured) and lawyers Alexandra Menescal Tupper Palhares, Leonardo Sabongi Lavinas Guimarães and Ralff Barilli.
