Machado Meyer advises on sale of Ger7 Sistemas by Setis
Machado Meyer advised Banco C6, through its subsidiary Setis Automação e Sistemas, that entered into an quota purchase agreement and other covenants with Jorge Ribeiro Pereira, whereby Setis transferred its 50% equity interest in Ger7 Sistemas to Jorge Ribeiro Pereira.
The work involved complex negotiations to harmonize the interests of seller with the ones of buyer, who will remain as sole shareholder and in the administration of Ger7.
