Machado Meyer Advogados advised Banco Pan on the acquisition of Mobiauto Edição de Anúncios On Line Ltda.
Machado Meyer Advogados advised Banco Pan, which acquired through a vehicle of the group, the equity stake in Mobiauto Edição de Anúncios On Line Ltda.
The initiative corresponds to 80% of its share capital and allows Pan to expand its digital strategy and is an important instrument to leverage Pan’s participation in the financing of light vehicles and motorcycles, considering Mobiauto’s role in the online car classifieds business in Brazil.
