Machado Meyer Advogados advised the shareholders of Global and Globalization on the sale of all its shares issued by PVMN Holding Investimentos e Participações EIRELI and Allpar Participações Ltda. to the GPS Group.

The acquisition is part of GPS’ inorganic growth strategy after its IPO.
