Machado Meyer Advogados acted as business consultant advising Solfácil Energia Solar e Serviços Financeiros Ltda. and Banco Itaú BBA S.A. on the structuring and public offering under better conditions, in accordance with CVM Instruction 476, of 1st series of shares and mezzanine subordinated A, issued by Fundo de Recebíveis Green Solfácil II (FIDC).
The FIDC is managed by Angá Administração de Recursos Ltda., with fiduciary management by Banco Genial S.A. and, as credit mechanism, by BMP Money Plus Sociedade de Crédito Direto S.A. The FIDC’s investment policy is geared towards the acquisition of credit rights arising from the financing of the purchase of solar energy production equipment. The public offering included the distribution of quotas by Banco Itaú BBA S.A.
The total amount was BRL 600,000,000.00
