Machado Meyer Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA S.A., Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. on the fourth issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, unsecured, in two series, for public distribution, with restricted distribution efforts, of Itaúsa S.A. in the total amount of R$2,500,000,000.00.
Through the issue, the company will enable the acquisition of shares and the capital contribution in AEGEA Saneamento e Participações S.A. and in AEGEA Saneamento e Participações S.A.’s subsidiaries, through the payment of shares.
