Machado Meyer advises underwriters on BRL400m debentures issue

Machado Meyer Advogados advised Itaú BBA S.A. and Banco BTG Pactual S.A. on the issuance of BRL400 million debentures of the Concessionária da Rodovia MG-050

The law firm Machado Meyer advised the banks Itaú BBA S.A. and Banco BTG Pactual S.A. in the fifth issue of debentures by the Concessionária da Rodovia MG-050 S.A., through which 400.000 simple debentures, not convertible into shares, unsecured, with additional corporate guarantee, to be called to guarantee, with additional corporate guarantee, in a single series, debentures, for public distribution, with restricted distribution efforts, with unit face value equivalent to R$ 1,000.00, totaling R$ 400,000,000.00.
