Machado Meyer advises underwriters on issue of debentures by BRK Ambiental

Machado Meyer Advogados advised UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A.

Machado Meyer Advogados assisted the underwriter UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. in coordinating the offer and issue of debentures of BRK Ambiental – Rio das Ostras S.A. together with the issue of two other companies of the same group.

This was the third issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, in a single series, unsecured, with additional fiduciary guarantee, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, of BRK Ambiental – Rio das Ostras S.A., with a total value of R$ 140,000,000.00.
