Machado Meyer advised the underwriters in the largest sustainable bond issue in Latin America, made by Natura Cosméticos S.A. in the total amount of R$1 billion
Machado Meyer Advogados advised the underwriters BofA Securities, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Itau BBA USA Securities, Inc. and Morgan Stanely & Co. LLC who coordinated the largest sustainable bond issue in Latin America, guaranteed by Natura &Co Holding S.A., in the total amount of R$1 billion.
Partners Alessandra de Souza Pinto (pictured left) and Eliana Chimenti(pictured right) were in charge of Machado Meyer’s work with the underwriters, which also involved the collaboration of lawyers Matheus Wassano Ishigaki, Renata Augusto Passos.
Natura Cosméticos S.A. was represented by Trench Rossi e Watanabe Advogados with partners Luis Ambrosio, Reinaldo Ravelli and associates Rafael Disposti, Melanie Toledo, Marco Filho, Evaristo Lucena, Thomaz Penna and trainee Sofia Silva.
