Machado Meyer advises Wiser on acquisition of Conquer shares

Machado Meyer Advogados advised Wiser Educação S.A. on the acquisition of 19.51% of Conquer Holding S.A

Machado Meyer Advogados advised Wiser on the acquisition of 19.51% of the capital stock of Conquer School.

The deal also included the subscription and payment, by Wiser, of a capital increase of the Conquer School. The transaction documents also provide for a potential additional investment and migration of the sellers of Conquer School to Wiser.

This is the first transaction by Wiser, which during the pandemic changed its strategy to expand its business.

The Transaction is awaiting the fulfillment of conditions precedent for closing. The amount was not disclosed.

Machado Meyer Advogados had partner Diana Pacifico Henne (pictured) and attorney Lais Silveira De Deus Lopes acting in this deal.
