Machado Meyer advises Zurich Seguros on partnership with Havan
Machado Meyer Advogados advised Zurich Minas Brasil Seguros on the renewal of its commercial partnership with Havan for the distribution of insurance.
The conclusion of the negotiation will allow the extension of the term of one of the most successful partnerships in recent years in the mass insurance market and, in addition, will expand the insurance offer to Havan’s millions of customers.
The operation also marks the continued consolidation of the Zurich Group in Brazil, with its strong tradition of investing in Brazilian retail as a driver of the democratization of insurance in the country.
The agreement reinforces the importance of retail for the continued development of the insurance market, bringing insurance products closer to the consumer base and democratizing access to protection and financial planning solutions.
