Machado Meyer Advogados advised Banco BRG Pactual on DIP Financing of Oi in the amount of R$ 2 billion
The transaction consisted of financing under the DIP Financing modality taken by Oi Móvel S.A. – Under Judicial Reorganization, in the context of the Oi Group’s judicial reorganization proceeding undergoing before the 7th Business Court of Rio de Janeiro.
The value of the transaction was R$2 billion.
Machado Meyer advised Banco BTG Pactual S.A. in all aspects of the transaction, including legal due diligence of the Company and the structuring, drafting, discussion, and negotiation of all the main documents and accessories involved in the transaction.
